All commission payouts are based on a 70/30 split, with the tax professional receiving 70% of the tax preparation fee and the company retaining 30%.

Important: This split is calculated after all markup fees have been deducted (including but not limited to cash advances, bank product fees, and service bureau fees).

🔐 Confidentiality & Data Security

You agree to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all client information, documents, and sensitive data accessed during your work. You also agree to comply with IRS guidelines, including maintaining a written Data Security Plan and following data encryption practices. Any breach of confidentiality or misuse of client information may result in immediate removal from the program.

📣 Client Responsibility Disclaimer

Being part of this program does not guarantee client assignments. You are responsible for engaging clients using the marketing tools, templates, and systems provided. While we provide resources and support, your income and success depend on your activity, consistency, and commitment.

🧾 Return Accuracy & Compliance

You are fully responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of any tax return you prepare for me to review. You agree to follow all applicable IRS regulations, bank product procedures, and professional standards. Mistakes or willful violations can result in fines, penalties, or dismissal.You will not have access to file but instead you mark them for review and complete the compliance form for review

🔥 Fraud & Misconduct Policy

Let’s keep it real—any fraudulent activity (e.g., creating fake W-2s, inflating credits, filing false dependents, etc.) is grounds for immediate termination from this program. If you’re found engaging in fraud, your access will be revoked, authorities may be notified, and legal action may follow. We don’t play when it comes to integrity. Your returns are checked by the compliance team prior to submissions

🧠 Training & Communication Commitment

You agree to attend onboarding and coaching sessions as required to stay current on software, compliance, and marketing procedures. Failure to engage with training or respond to communications may affect your status or access. If you can't attend each session that's fine it will be room for reviews after and materials will be in the private community. but please dont make this a habit.

📃 Independent Contractor Status

You understand and agree that you are not an employee of this company. You are operating as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes, business expenses, and compliance. No employment benefits (such as insurance, PTO, etc.) are provided or implied.
